Varma Buddharaju

As Chairman, Varma is responsible for the overall operations and sales of Ksquare. His strategy has proven to retain talent, customers and not only maintain revenue but also show a magnificent percentage of growth. In September 2013, Varma purchased Ksquare Solutions Inc. which had revenues of USD330K and quickly grew it to USD12M in revenue by end of 2016.

Varma is also Co-founder of Deep North, a startup based in Silicon Valley and Dallas that provide AI based Video Analytics. Their flagship platform utilizes powerful deep learning algorithms to bring AI to the physical world. Prior, he was CEO of the Texas Cricket Academy and Programmer Analyst in ePace and Software Transformation Inc.

Additionally, he is interested in projects about social responsibility. Ksquare launched a program to introduce veteran into technology, which helps unemployed veterans with no prior technical experience by offering a paid 16-week training boot camp & finding employment with existing clients. Varma plans to continue this initiative for the next five years and bring in employment to at least 100 veterans.

Varma has a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering from Jaya Engineering College, and a MBA in Operations Management and Supply Chain by The University of Texas at Arlington.

Venket Kandanala

Venket Kandanala is Group CEO for Ksquare (Ksquare-USA & Ksquare- Center of Excellence Mexico), working on building world-class engineering teams, define company strategy and manage the company’s overall resources and operations.

Venket is expert in enterprise digital technology strategy, transformation using web & mobile tech, industry products release, UX customer centric development, large organization and personnel development, design thinking processes, SAFe agile and lean management, strategic tech and global ops planning and services, and quality assurance

Prior to this, Venket was part of the senior leadership team at leading Fortune 50 companies as Fannie Mae, Barclays and Verizon, driving mission-critical digital transformation initiatives. As a technologist, he has drove new products, programs and building organizations, from the ground up to hundreds. Also, he has led the creation of multiple teams, global operations and major consolidation initiatives. In addition, he had filed 21 US patents on Digital Banking, Mobile Payments, AI, and Design. He is passionate about building enterprise-grade systems with amazing customer experiences at the core.

Venket is alumni of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, and he was part of the Program of Innovative Technology Leader of Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He lives in Dallas with two teenagers and his wife Lakshmi.

Managing Executive Partner

Angela McGuire

Angela serves as a Managing Executive Partner, heading Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Information Security, and the Program Management Office. As a key executive reporting to the CEO, Venket Kandanala, Angela operationalizes strategy by creating, scaling, and optimizing operations across the organization.

Angela has been a technology leader over 20 years, leveraging technology and leadership best practices to design and enhance enterprise IT initiatives. Prior to joining Ksquare, she worked at JP Morgan Chase, Fannie Mae, Epsilon, and Sprint.

As a cross-functional leader she made an impact across many aspects of these businesses, including managing business offices, establishing international operation centers, implementing scalable technologies, and mentoring staff while aligning business relationships, human capital needs, and strong financial controls. During her tenure with these various companies in diverse industries, she developed and executed IT strategic plans in information security, software development, emerging technologies, and new product development. In each instance, she tripled the size of the organization while founding and implementing operating models for each area of the organization.    

Angela has a Bachelor of Science by The University of Texas, and a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from the same University. Also, she is Certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Managing Executive Partner

Marc Rush

Marc serves as a Managing Executive Partner, heading Product and Services as well as Channel Partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, Venket Kandanala, Marc is a cross-functional leader bringing the organization together to meet business goals and drive value into our intellectual property to better serve our customers. Marc is a passionate and strategy minded Technology Leader with over 20 years’ experience bringing the best of breed solutions and industry-standard best practices to enterprise product initiatives. With experience in a wide range of initiatives, he has a successfully launched products ranging from mobile banking platforms to enterprise API infrastructure.

Before joining Ksquare, Marc worked the fintech sector within Fannie Mae, Alkami and Barclays Bank where he built development and product teams from the ground up and established ways of working to bring quality, speed and value to the costumer.

Marc has a bachelor’s degree in arts from the Texan Christian University and he is a certified Scrum Product Owner by Scrum Alliance.

Managing Partner Salesforces

Glenn Konher

Glenn Konher is one of our key leaders in Salesforces service. He has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, CRM and executive leadership. His unique background in sales and engineering allows him to provide a complete overview of our customers to help them increase their sales.

With over 8000 billable hours on Salesforce projects, Glenn was the ninth person to become a Salesforces Certified Technical Architect. He has also supervised just over 50,000 billable hours of work on the platform. Glenn is also certified in business excellence programs such as ISO 9000, Six Sigma and CMMI.

Prior to joining Ksqaure, Glenn created Great Wave Technologies in 2003, a technology developer with expertise in Salesforce and cloud technology. In 2019 these two companies joined forces to deliver the best Salesforce service in the market, where Glenn brings his outstanding experience and talent.

Glenn earned a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Miami and certifications as a developer and technical architect from Force.com.

Ravi Kantamsetty

Ravi Kantamsetty in one of our experts in Salesforce. Versatile and experienced leader with extensive management consulting experience, Ravi helps our clients with strategy, sales, technology and operational challenges.

He has a deep experience in selling and delivering programs focuses on large customer-centric business transformations:  sales strategy and effectiveness, sales operations-lead-to-order (CRM, CPQ, SFA, Salesforce.com), customer experience design, commercial excellence design, organization design, change management, program management, technology enablement, business intelligence. Also, Ravi has demonstrated track record in establishing client relationships, leading cross-functional global teams and delivering complex business solutions.

Before joining Ksquare, Ravi was a successful consultant to leading technology companies such as Capgemini, CSC, Perficient, eLoyalty, and American Solutions.

Ravi also is interesting in social responsibility activities. He is the Founder/CEO of Save the Child Foundation, a 501c (3) organization which supports child rights causes of Special Needs Children, Street Children, Underprivileged Children and Girl Children primarily in India and Africa.

Ravi is Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering from Krishnadevaraya University.

Ram Majji

Ram Majji brings more than 22 plus years of experience in the Information technology field. A Technical/Business/Cloud Computing Architect with an exceptional track record in applying innovative information technology solutions and achieving significant business impact and results. His extensive experience in leading project teams, product development, software engineering, infrastructures, business process re-engineering and enterprise software development and package implementations has become in one of the greatest assets of Ksquare.

As Head of Sales Practice was responsible for delivering more than 150+ Salesforce.com implementations. Notable implementations include Armstrong, Certainteed, VCE, Toshiba, ClearChannel, Samsung, UTC, CSI Leasing, Cargil, American Airlines, Disney Mom’s Survey, Golds Gym, Life Family Fitness, Volusion, Health Payment Services, Swift Passport Services, PassportMax, Credit Answers, RealPage, ACS Learning Services, AkinMears law Firm, ISNetworld, IRIO, CashoutmyGold, Stericycle, SourceCorp, etc.

Before joined Ksquare, Ram had served in key roles in different organizations. Just to mention his most recent experience, he was Vice President of MTX Group, Managing Partner in Salesforce for Financial Services for AutoBoard Systems, Strategic Partner in Feuji Inc, and Salesforce Practice Director for Huron Consulting Group.  

Ram is also interested in participating in the public life of his community.  He recently has sought a candidacy for Frisco City Council in Place 5, after been an active member of the community as member of the 2019 Frisco Citizen’s Bond Committee and served in various civic and political roles for the past decade.

Lead Certified Application Architect (CAA) and Salesforce MVP

Clara Pérez

Clara is Ksquare’s lead Certified Application Architect (CAA) and Salesforce MVP. She has deployed over 85+ Salesforce projects covering the Salesforce1, Sales Cloud & Lightning platforms. Clara is an experienced Salesforce MVP and IT Engineer with demonstrated success designing and implementing Cloud applications that feature ease-of use, efficiency, and intuitive user experience design. She has experience training and managing global teams: outsourced, internal, and blended resources.

Her vast experience and preparation on Salesforce had become a keystone for Ksquare services. Clara is fast learner, eager to stay up to date on the latest web development, integration, and ETL tools available in the market.  She has around 13 Salesforce Certifications and active involvement and recognitions from Salesforce community. 

Clara has an IT Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra. In her free time, she loves playing basketball, reading, and going to the movies.

Head of Technology

Juan Mendoza

Juan Mendoza is our Head of Technology. He is a software engineer specialized in design and implementation of large-scale web applications for over 14 years, focused on high availability and robustness. Hands-on experience designing and implementing distributed architectures by using cloud infrastructure.

He has worked in diverse positions for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500, developing software such as e-commerce platforms, enterprise business applications in pharmaceutical, insurance and online payments industry, etc.

Juan is an expert in application architecture and emerging technologies and currently works with a small core team, developing next-generation recurring payments API platform. He is expert in technologies as Java 8 / Javascript, Web Services (REST, SOAP, gRPC), ESB tools such as Mulesoft, SalesForce, Apex / VisualForce, Lightning & Lightning DX, Javascript ES6, Typescrip.

Juan has a degree in Comunicaciones y Electronica from Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN), and certifications in SCBCD, SCJP, SCJWSD, SCWDC by Sun Microsystems. In his spare time, Juan enjoys developing side projects and exploring Mayan archeological places in his home state Yucatán, México.

Head of Marketing

Enrique Delgado Itt

As Head of Marketing, Enrique is responsible for the definition and execution of the marketing strategy of Ksquare. He is focused on deliver the best experience through all the touch points in the client’s tech purchase decision journey. Enrique has more than 10 years’ experience working on marketing areas for top brands, and he had leaded several projects for campaigns B2B and B2C, centered in market intelligence, digital marketing and digital analysis.

Prior to joining Ksquare, Enrique worked in global services firms such as Deloitte and PWC and started his own project: Itt Comunicación. Also, he has participated in marketing projects with leading consumers brands as Coca-Cola, Levi’s Strauss&Co and Porsche.

Enrique holds a BA in Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Puebla, and a Global Business Management Certificate from University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). In his spare time, Enrique works in one his greatest passions: painting, enjoys discovering new music, and loves cycling across Mérida city.

Operations Manager

Rajesh Panta

Rajesh is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. As a Manager at Ksquare, he oversees complete company finances, addresses day-to-day onsite logistics, coordinated the purchasing of supplies and/or equipment, and develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

Rajesh has shown high skills in negotiation, cash flow, sales, and accounting. He also is always attempted to identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.  He oversees budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing; build alliance and partnerships with other organizations, and ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled, and have a continuous monitoring for compliance with laws and regulations. 

Prior to join Ksquare, he worked for N2 Services as a Lead IT Recruiter, where he was pioneered the role of Recruiter by identifying potential candidates based on job requisitions using internal database, job boards, employee referrals and external placement agencies, etc.

Rajesh has a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, and a Master of Computer Science from Gannon University.

HR Manager

Johannes Schindler

As Human Resources Manager, Johannes is committed with spreading culture of innovation and service excellence at Ksquare. His ability to understand multicultural environments and his strong orientation to meet business goals play a key role for reinforce the current company’s growth-phase.

Previously, Johannes worked for Allgair Group where he was part of the notable expansion of the company since 2013, with an increase of the headcount from 140 to 600 FTE and sales volume from 12 to 100 million USD. He also collaborated with the German Chamber of Commerce doing strategic reports about the automotive sector and elaborating industry market analysis as preparation of a delegation visit of German suppliers to Mexico.

Johannes has degree in International Economics and Politics from the University of Köln and have studies in the Universidad de Guadalajara. In his free time, He enjoys discovering new places, cooking, going to jazz concerts and been a guitar player.

Head of Human Resources - Ksquare Inc

Abigail Guardado

Abigail is our Head of Human Resources. She is responsible for develop and execute strategies of alignment and support of overall strategic plan of the company.  With a team of five HR generalist, she supervises all daily duties for staff augmentation, compensation, benefits, employee relations, vendor and contractor managements, personnel file maintenance, staffing, employee on-boarding, orientation and exits. 

She has been recognized by her colleagues as a highly dedicated professional, with attention to detail and a human quality, characteristics that make her carry out the human resources strategy in a harmonious and effective way.

Abigail has a Bachelor of Business and Administration from The University of Texas and has a certification of Completion Human Resources Management by The University of Dallas and a Certification of Prep Readiness for SPH, Human Resources Management and Services by Texas A&M University.
